They first shared a screen in the Oscar-winning Brokeback Mountain.

Now Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal have joined forces again for a romantic comedy about a Viagra salesman.

The pair star in Love And Other Drugs, which won't be released until the end of the year, but the first official trailer was released today.

Gyllenhaal, 29, stars as travelling salesman Jamie Reidy, who works for pharmacuetical company Pfizer, and is a hit with all the ladies that he encounters on his trips.

Hathaway, 27, plays Maggie Murdock who suffers from Parkinsons disease and meets Reidy when he pretends to be a medical intern when he visits a doctor's surgery and sits in on her consultation.

Being a free spirit, Maggie refuses to let anything - or anyone - tie her down, until she meets her match in Reidy.

They embark on a relationship that take them both by surprise and which eventually turns into love.

The film is an adaptation of pharmaceutical sales rep Jamie Reidy's insider book Hard Sell: The Evolution of a Viagra Salesman which is based on his time working at Pfizer - one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies - during the Nineties.

It also stars Hank Azaria, Oliver Platt, and George Segal and is released in November.

All's well that ends well: The pair kiss and make up as they fall in love


Hathway and Gyllenhaal first starred together in Brokeback Mountain which told the story of two cowboys who fall in love.

It also starred Michelle Williams and the late Heath Ledger, and won three Oscars in 2005 for Best Director, Best Adapated Screenplay and Best Original Score.
