Muggle magic: Emma Watson unveiled the latest Harry Potter poster in a daring see-through black lace hotpant suit
Emma Watson was hoping to put a spell on her fans when she announced the 100-day countdown to the new Harry Potter movie sporting her new short hairstyle - and a goth-style black lace hotpants.
Emma, who plays Hermione Granger, unveiled the new poster for Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 1, the penultimate film adaptation of the JK Rowling books which will show at cinemas from November 19.
She unveiled her gamine crop - which drew comparisons to Mia Farrow in the 1960s - last week, but left some fans unhappy that she'd abandoned Hermione's trademark long flowing, wavy locks.
Legs on show: The actress also gave away 100 tickets the world premiere of the movie via the new app on the Harry Potter UK Facebook page
However, the actress will be hoping that her super-short edgy outfit will get them back onside - by fair means or foul.
It also shows that Emma's love affair with fashion is still going strong, despite the recent news that she'd been dropped as the face of British label Burberry.

Emma also announced that tying in with the countdown, 100 tickets to the film's premiere are going to be given away on the official UK Harry Potter Facebook page.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is the seventh and final adventure in the Harry Potter series, but the film is being released in two full-length parts.
Part 1 begins as Harry ( Daniel Radcliffe), Hermione and their ginger cohort Ron Weasley ( Rupert Grint), set out on a perilous mission to track down and destroy the secret to Voldemort’s immortality.
Without the guidance of their professors or the protection of Professor Dumbledore, the three friends must now rely on one another more than ever - as dark forces threaten to tear them apart.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows sees director David Yates back at the helm who was also behind Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
There's also an all-star casts featuring the likes of Helena Bonham Carter, Ralph Fiennes, Richard Griffiths, John Hurt, Helen McCrory, Bill Nighy, Miranda Richardson, Alan Rickman, Timothy Spall, Imelda Staunton, David Thewlis, Julie Walters and Bonnie Wright.
Other regulars Robbie Coltrane, Maggie Smith and Jason Isaacs are also back on board for the last blast of Hogwarts.
Part 1 will be released on November 19 this year with Part 2 following on July 15 next summer.
